What are the selection criteria for stocks that you pick?
We first look at stocks that are in a solid uptrend since we don’t like buying stocks that are trending lower. We then like to filter down to stocks that institutions are also buying, growing revenue and earnings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once you’re logged into your account, click on upper right corner where you’ll see your account. From there click Account Settings, then you can see your subscription details. From there you can enter the billing portal to change payment methods or cancel at anytime.
How do I use your picks?
Our user interface allows you to track our picks very easily with mini charts and returns since we make our picks. Our recent picks are stocks that we’re seeing move in an uptrend, and are timely considering the recency our research. We don’t offer financial advice on what someone should buy, sell or how many shares.
What is the difference between Active Picks and Closed Picks?
“Active Picks” are stocks that we like at the present time, and “Closed Picks” are stocks that we no longer have a favorable view on as of the date the Pick was closed. Returns from our Pick date to Close date are noted on the Closed Picks pages for every stock that we’ve picked.
How do I contact Support?
From the top right of the page after you’re logged in, you can click on your account, and you’ll see “Contact Support” there where you can complete a form. This form has your email and name filled out and we’ll reply as soon as we see it. If you’re not a user click on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the home page.
Can I Autotrade with this service?
No, we don’t offer auto trading or make financial, investment or tax recommendations.
