If you do NOT agree to be bound by this set of terms in its entirety then you should leave the Website immediately.

If you have a dispute, you may pay for our lawyer and your own and bring a case before the American Arbitration Association in Arizona; though under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any judgment exceeding your membership subscription fee.
3. Trade Alerts: As part of our Premium Membership, we may publish or send out SMS or email alerts to you when we have trade recommendations. Members acknowledge that they allow email and SMS alerts if available. Only registered users may receive email alerts.
4. How to become a Member: All members will need to provide a valid email address and payment to access the website.
